Your cars

Buy your own car in Deathmatch. It stays yours across logins and restarts.

Buying

Go to a dealership (marked on your map; the first one is in Glen Park, Los Santos) and type /buyvehicle. You'll see every car with a 3D preview and its price, from a Sanchez ($12,000) up to an Infernus ($175,000). Pick one, choose a colour and confirm.

You can own 3 cars, or 5 with premium.

Your garage: /myvehicles

Also /mv or /cars. From here you can:

• Deliver a car to where you are (one car out at a time)
• Put it away
• Lock or unlock it (or type /lock next to it). A locked car can only be entered by you.
• Find it on the map
• Customise it
• Sell it back for half what you paid

Your car goes back to the garage when you leave Deathmatch, log off or the city changes.

When your car gets wrecked

Nothing is lost: it's back in your garage after 3 minutes. But it needs a repair before it can be delivered again: 5% of the car's price (at least $500). Pay it from /myvehicles. If you sell a car with an unpaid repair, the repair comes off the sale price.

From /myvehicles, pick a car and choose Customise:

Upgrades are saved on the car and come back every time it's delivered.
